What You’ll Do:
- Be the Backbone of Our Practice: Oversee the day-to-day operations and ensure our practice runs like a well-oiled machine.
- Lead an Exceptional Team: Inspire, manage, and develop a dynamic team of clinical and administrative professionals dedicated to holistic and longevity-focused care.

Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in healthcare management, preferably in a holistic or integrative healthcare setting.
- Emotional Intelligence (EQ): Strong self awareness, ability to sense emotion in yourself and in other people, and ability to leverage that awareness for the betterment of others.
- Skills:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent organizational abilities.
- Proven ability to deliver world-class customer service.
- Calm savviness with complex people and situations (internally and externally)
- Proficient in healthcare technology systems, including EHRs.
- Knowledge of holistic healthcare practices, particularly in longevity and wellness.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
- Certifications: Certification in Medical Office Management (CMOM) or a similar credential is a plus.
