Household Manager and Executive Assistant Opportunity in St. Louis, Missouri

MindBody Talent (MBT) is a national health care talent acquisition company headquartered in St. Louis (home and offices are located in the Ladue area). MBT was co-founded and is led by a wife (CEO) and husband (COO) team with extensive experience in health care recruitment and operations. Our company is growing rapidly with clients in 20 states across the U.S. We are in need of a resourceful and trusted household manager and executive assistant to enable us to focus on growing and scaling our business. Seamlessly and efficiently managing our lives in our home and our business are two sides of the same coin.

Understanding and supporting the vision and mission of MindBody Talent is an essential aspect of supporting our home and business operations in this role. MBT was created to drive transformational change in the U.S. healthcare system. We accomplish that mission by recruiting key clinical and non-clinical talent into practices that are committed to the fields of “Functional”, “Integrative”, “Personalized”, and “Regenerative” Medicine. Collectively, those fields are often referred to as “holistic” or “root cause” health care.

Beyond connecting with our mission, the right candidate will have successfully managed their own home and family, including children and pets. No childcare is needed for this position but our household includes three small dogs and a cat. This role requires a candidate who possesses a blend of organizational, planning, and management skills, along with an understanding and experience of household dynamics.

Have you excelled and found joy managing your own home and family? Would you like to continue that experience with the added benefit of helping a company that is transforming and elevating healthcare? Are you skilled at planning ahead while also thinking on your feet as life happens? Are you highly organized and skilled at getting things done? Would it light you up to know that your work in our home enables our health and wellness entrepreneurs to change the world of healthcare? If so, then we need to talk.
