Your Day-to-Day Impact
In this role, you will:
- Provide comprehensive BHRT services, including lab interpretation, administration of pellets, compounded creams, injections, and more.
- Deliver gynecological services. If applicable, also provide primary care or Functional Medicine services.
- Manage a patient load of 16-20 patients per day, depending on work-ins and pellet procedures.
- Offer expert consultation, diagnosis, and treatment for hormone-related conditions for both male and female patients.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalized care plans.
- Maintain accurate and thorough medical documentation.
What You Bring to the Table
- Extensive experience in hormone replacement therapy, including lab interpretation, pellet therapy, and the use of compounded creams, injections, and other related modalities.
- Ability to see both male and female patients for hormone replacement therapy.
- A graduate degree from an accredited NP program.
- Current and valid Colorado NP licensure and DEA eligibility (or willingness to obtain).
- Extensive experience in gynecology (required) and women’s health
- Functional and Integrative Medicine training and certification (a bonus!).
- Strong clinical skills paired with excellent communication and a warm bedside manner.
- A desire to work independently while thriving as part of a dynamic team.
