Our client is seeking a board-certified MD/DO to join their established, high-demand practice in Durham, NC.
This is not a “build-from-scratch” opportunity.
You will step into:

What You Can Expect
Compensation
- Base salary: $220,000 – $285,000
- Performance + profitability bonuses

Clinical Structure
- 8–12 patients per day (longer visit times)
- Root-cause, relationship-based care model
- Full administrative and clinical support
Ramp & Patient Flow
- Immediate access to existing patient demand
- Expect to be clinically busy within your first 30–60 days
- No need to build your panel from zero
Clinical Focus
- Complex chronic illness
- Hormone optimization (BHRT)
- Gut health + metabolic dysfunction + detoxification
- Advanced diagnostics (DUTCH, specialty labs)
- Personalized treatment plans (nutrition, supplements, peptides)
