The Opportunity
We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate who genuinely loves patient care and wants to become part of a collaborative, mission-driven team.
This is not a high-volume, transactional medical practice.
Patients are often medically complex and require thoughtful investigation, longitudinal care, and true partnership with their providers.

Qualifications
Required:
- Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
- Active Florida license or ability to obtain one
- Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills
- Passion for helping patients achieve meaningful health outcomes
Preferred:
- Functional medicine experience
- Precision medicine experience
- 3+ years of experience managing complex chronic illness, neurology, internal medicine, family medicine, preventive medicine, geriatrics, or related fields is highly valued
- Exposure to cognitive health, neurology, or neurodegenerative conditions
- Experience with longevity medicine
- Experience with specialty laboratory testing
- Experience with advanced therapeutic modalities
