We are seeking a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Associate who genuinely loves patient care and wants to become part of a collaborative, mission-driven team.

This is not a high-volume, transactional medical practice.

Required:

  • Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA)
  • Active Florida license or ability to obtain one
  • Strong clinical assessment and patient management skills
  • Passion for helping patients achieve meaningful health outcomes

Preferred:

  • Functional medicine experience
  • Precision medicine experience
  • 3+ years of experience managing complex chronic illness, neurology, internal medicine, family medicine, preventive medicine, geriatrics, or related fields is highly valued
  • Exposure to cognitive health, neurology, or neurodegenerative conditions
  • Experience with longevity medicine
  • Experience with specialty laboratory testing
  • Experience with advanced therapeutic modalities
