We are seeking an exceptional Registered Nurse to join our growing precision medicine practice in South Florida.

Our team specializes in helping patients with cognitive decline, Alzheimer’s disease, complex chronic illness, neuroinflammation, and longevity-focused health optimization through a highly personalized and evidence-based approach.

This is not a traditional nursing role.

You will become part of a multidisciplinary team pioneering the future of precision medicine, neuromodulation, biologic therapies, and cognitive restoration.

  • Contributing site in a randomized controlled Alzheimer’s trial demonstrating statistically significant cognitive improvement
  • Work alongside a nationally recognized precision medicine founder and physician leader
  • Exposure to advanced therapies including:
  • IV Ketamine
  • Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS)
  • EBOO Therapy
  • Precision Medicine Protocols
  • Biologic and regenerative therapies

The Registered Nurse serves as a critical member of the clinical team, helping deliver exceptional patient care while supporting advanced therapeutic programs.

Responsibilities may include:

  • Patient assessments and clinical intake support
  • IV placement and infusion therapy administration
  • Ketamine treatment support
  • EBOO and advanced therapeutic procedure support
  • Blood collection, specimen processing, and specialty laboratory coordination
  • Patient education and treatment coaching
  • Care coordination and follow-up
  • Clinical documentation and EMR management
  • Supporting research and data collection initiatives when applicable
  • Collaborating closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, and clinical staff

We are less interested in finding someone with the perfect resume than we are in finding the right person.

The strongest candidates will demonstrate:

  • 3+ Years of RN experience
  • Genuine passion for helping patients with complex chronic illness
  • Intellectual curiosity and a desire to keep learning
  • Exceptional attention to detail
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Comfort working in a fast-moving and evolving clinical environment
  • Desire to be part of something larger than themselves

Experience in one or more of the following areas is highly valued:

  • Infusion nursing
  • Neurology or neuroscience
  • Critical care
  • Emergency medicine
  • Oncology
  • Functional or integrative medicine
  • Longevity medicine
  • Research or clinical trials
  • Complex chronic disease management
  • Active Registered Nurse license
  • Strong IV skills required
  • Infusion experience preferred
  • Current BLS certification
  • Ability to work onsite in South Florida
