They are  seeking an exceptional Office Manager / Practice Operations Lead to serve as the operational anchor and trusted right hand to the physician. This is a unique opportunity for a polished, highly organized, proactive professional who thrives in a boutique, high-touch, luxury service environment and understands that exceptional patient experience and seamless operations go hand in hand. This is not a traditional back-office management role. We are seeking a hands-on leader who is equally comfortable supporting front desk operations, managing patient flow, solving operational challenges, creating order, and serving as a trusted day-to-day partner to the physician. The ideal candidate is calm under pressure, highly detail-oriented, emotionally intelligent, discreet, adaptable, and takes true ownership of outcomes.
