MindBody Talent’s corporate values form the foundation of how our company operates and presents ourselves to our community of clients, candidates, and collaboration partners. Our values are as ingrained in our brand as our logo and mission statement. They are also our means of leading by example through our interactions across the communities we collaborate with and serve.
Values
- Mission and Ministry. We are driven by our mission to transform and elevate the industry of healthcare into the healing force of health care. As people of faith, we also understand that to be a personal ministry.
- Humility. “Humility is the foundation of all of the other virtues.” St. Augustine
- Personal Responsibility. When a mistake happens, be quick to apologize, own it, fix it, and move on. Excuses don’t matter and nobody cares about excuses anyway.
- Treasure and Protect Time. As a pure services organization, time is our only asset. It’s also our worst enemy. Time must be respected and guarded at all cost … for ourselves, our team, our clients, our candidates, and our partners.
- Trust Red Flags. Red flags appear for a reason. We must always stay vigilant to recognize them, trust them, and have the discernment to walk away if they get too plentiful.
- Learn from Cody. Like our Austrian Shepherd puppy, we play hard and crash hard. When we’re working, we remain present and give it our best. Then we turn it off, rest, and rejuvenate for another day.
- Remain Curious. Albert Einstein said, “I have no special talent. I am only passionately curious.” Curiosity is one of the strongest signs of intelligence. It’s also a required path to innovative thinking.
- Value and Follow the Path of Innovative Thinking. Always be growing personally and professionally. We keep ourselves tuned to the possibilities of innovation in everything we do.
- Trust but Verify. As President Reagan famously said of the Soviet Union, “Trust but verify.” Trust is within the core of our nature as a company, but we owe it to our business, our clients, and our partners to verify that trust.

Within those disciplines, we source, recruit, and elevate the performance of clinical and non-clinical professionals that align with those disciplines.

We envision a health care and wellness community of clinicians, patients, and caregivers not brainwashed by pharmaceutical marketing and lobbying, or unencumbered by the constraints of insurance companies and government regulations that control how patients are diagnosed and treated. Our vision of health care is one focused on healing rather than profit-driven disease management.
Purpose
MindBody Talent is on a mission to transform and elevate the present healthcare system in North America from a profit-driven disease management industry into a healing focused system of health and wellness. We serve that mission by sourcing, recruiting, and elevating the performance of clinical and non-clinical professionals within practices dedicated to the disciplines of Functional, Integrative, Personalized, and Regenerative Medicine. We recruit brilliant professionals into holistic healthcare practices and then we work to elevate that brilliance through AI-based consulting, coaching, and training.
