The remaining patient population includes children with more complex concerns such as ADHD, autism spectrum disorders, and other chronic health challenges. This is not a high-volume clinic. Physicians typically see 10–15 patients per day, with an average of approximately 12 visits daily. Appointments are intentionally longer, allowing meaningful conversations, thoughtful education, and genuine connection with patients and parents. The Ideal Physician We are seeking a physician who is: Experience in any of the following is highly valued but not required: We are particularly interested in physicians with approximately 2–10 years of post-residency experience who are still actively learning, growing, and developing their clinical style. During onboarding, the physician will participate in a structured mentorship process and gradually assume call responsibilities while learning the practice’s systems and communication approach.
